Clinical audiologist to share hearing tips

BRUNSWICK — As the next monthly Ounce of Prevention program, audiologist Anna Strange will discuss how to maximize hearing ability from 11 a.m. to noon Monday in the Community Room of the Mid Coast Senior Health Center, 58 Baribeau Drive.

Strange, who is a clinical and dispensing audiologist with the Audiology Department at Mid Coast Rehabilitation Services, will provide information on diagnostic testing and hearing aid technology. She will be available to provide screenings following the program.

The program, “Listen Up! Are you hearing all that life has to offer?” is part of a continuing

Ounce of Prevention series sponsored by the Mid Coast Senior Health Center.

Strange received her clinical doctorate from Bloomsburg University, Bloomsburg, Pa.

She maintains certifications through the American Speech- Language Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology, as well as Maine state licensure in audiology.
