Bowdoin women’s hockey to Fenway

BRUNSWICK — The Bowdoin College women’s ice hockey team will play outdoors at Fenway Park in Boston on Jan. 12 against Connecticut College as part of the 2017 Capital One Frozen Fenway lineup.

The Polar Bears will battle the Camels at 4 p.m. that afternoon as part of the 2017 celebration.

Capital One Frozen Fenway 2017 is a two week series of hockey and ice skating events from January 4-16, 2017, that showcases Fenway Sports Group’s commitment to bringing unique, world class events to historic Fenway Park and the residents of Boston. Capital One Frozen Fenway 2017 will be played over a stretch of 13 days at Fenway Park and feature some of the top collegiate and high school hockey teams from the greater Northeast region.

Bowdoin and Connecticut College will be the lone New England Small College Athletic Conference teams to participate.
